I understand and agree that the program is educational and training-focused, supports my academic and professional development goals, and is not intended to replace routine operational work performed by paid employees.
This is an unpaid educational volunteer internship conducted in a remote/online environment and does not create an employment, agency, contractor, or partnership relationship with Noeton International Christian University.
I will not receive wages, salary, stipend, employee benefits, unemployment benefits, or workers' compensation through participation in the program.
My participation supplements the work of paid staff and does not replace or displace paid employees.
The duration of participation is limited to the agreed learning period for educational and training purposes.
Applying for or participating in the program does not guarantee selection, placement, academic credit, future employment, or compensation with Noeton International Christian University.
Participation is voluntary, learning-oriented, and does not constitute employment.
I understand that continued participation is subject to program guidelines, performance expectations, and availability of project assignments.

I agree to follow Noeton International Christian University's published policies, program guidelines, online conduct expectations, confidentiality requirements, and standards for respectful and professional communication, including appropriate behavior in all online interactions. *Online & remote participation. I understand that this internship program is conducted remotely/online and that communication, assignments, collaboration, meetings, and project activities may occur through designated online platforms, communication tools, email systems, and digital collaboration environments. I agree to maintain professional conduct in all online communications. *Local & international regulations. I agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations related to my participation in the program. International participants are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any laws, visa requirements, work authorization restrictions, tax obligations, or educational regulations applicable in their country or jurisdiction. *Privacy & data use. I understand and consent to Noeton International Christian University collecting, processing, storing, and using my personal information for purposes related to application review, internship administration, communication, educational activities, and program operations in accordance with applicable privacy policies and laws. *Confidentiality. I understand that during participation I may have access to confidential or non-public information, including student records, family contact information, proprietary curriculum materials, internal communications, project materials, and other operational or business information. I agree not to disclose, share, copy, or misuse confidential information except as authorized by Noeton International Christian University or required by law. *Confidential materials. I agree not to retain or store confidential materials beyond what is authorized for program participation, and to securely delete or return such materials when my participation ends or upon request. *Conflict of interest. I confirm that I do not have any personal, financial, or other conflict of interest that would interfere with my participation in the program or my ability to act in the best interests of Noeton International Christian University, or I have fully disclosed any such matter. *Work product & intellectual property. I understand that materials, deliverables, projects, content, or other work created, submitted, or developed during participation in the internship program may be owned by, assigned to, or licensed to Noeton International Christian University for educational and operational purposes. I agree to execute any reasonable additional documentation related to intellectual property or licensing if requested. *Promotion & publicity. I grant Noeton International Christian University permission to use my name, likeness, submitted materials, portfolio links, internship participation details, and non-confidential work product for educational, recruiting, promotional, and program-related purposes, in accordance with applicable law and program policies. *Certification. I understand that certification is issued upon successful completion of program requirements, subject to attendance, performance, and compliance with program guidelines. *Volunteer participation & release.

I understand that participation in this program is voluntary and remote/online in nature, and that either party may discontinue participation at any time, with or without notice, subject to program policies and guidelines. I am responsible for maintaining an appropriate, secure, and safe environment for my participation and for my own acts and omissions during the program.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless Noeton International Christian University and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, mentors, and agents from claims or liabilities arising from voluntary participation in the program.
